Transaction was simple and enjoyable. The sales team was super helpful. They got the delivery and setup done fast and efficiently. However, there was no 'one hour' heads-up for the delivery as they had promised, so I had to rush to the property to let them in.

With over 40 years in retail customer service, I really value top-notch care for customers. Stellisons Ipswich is a fantastic shop, and in the last year, I've bought a couple of items from them, including a washing machine that just got delivered today. The price was competitive, and delivery was on the house.

When I visited yesterday (Monday), Jazz greeted me as soon as the store opened. In just about 10 minutes (I had to dash off to work), he helped me pick out the washer and answered all my questions like a pro. I needed the washer in a hurry since I had a sick relative coming to stay, so I mentioned I needed it sooner than the Thursday slot he offered.

Jazz told me he’d check for any cancellations to get it to me faster. An hour later, he called with the good news that it could be delivered today (the very next day).

He’s a really nice salesperson and a true asset to his company. The combination of great value, outstanding service, and a solid selection of products is why I’m sharing this review. I’ll definitely be turning to Stellisons (EURONICS) first for any future electrical needs.

I got my new fridge freezer delivered in just a few days, right on schedule. The delivery crew was super polite and really helpful, even taking most of the packaging with them. However, I found the operating instructions a bit tricky to follow. The manual that came with it didn’t match my model, which made things a bit confusing. Other than that, I'm pretty happy with the service and how the fridge works.

Unsatisfactory Experience
I reached out through the Miele website to get my steam oven fixed. Stellisons got in touch and set up a visit. I forked out £99 for the service call. The technician requested the manual and ran some tests. After that, he claimed he couldn't figure out the issue and just left. I didn't receive any updates, and after two follow-up calls a week later, I still hadn't heard back. I ended up bringing in Miele directly to sort it out. It's really frustrating to have spent £99 for zero assistance and no communication.

The staff in the showroom were super helpful: they knew their stuff and were really patient. Plus, they were friendly and got everything delivered right on time. Couldn't be more satisfied!

I had two super polite guys come over, and they were really respectful of my home and the furniture. It was a tight squeeze with my big, nosy puppy running around, but they handled it all like pros. Couldn't be happier!

The sales rep was not at all pushy. They were super knowledgeable and offered some really helpful tips. They negotiated on price and even looked for other options in case the item we wanted was out of stock. Communication was excellent, and the delivery was fast, plus the drivers were really nice.

They let me place an order for the model I wanted, and as soon as it was in stock, they called me to come pick it up. I was really impressed with how friendly the staff were and their overall vibe.
